Our Gift Vouchers are redeemable for accommodation bookings and are valid for one year after the date of purchase. Please note: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Silvershore Apartments
You agree to use the apartments in a reasonable manner in accordance with these terms and conditions during your stay and return the apartment to us at the end of your booking in the similar condition it was on check-in.
You further agree to be liable to us for the cost to repair any damage you (or any of your guests) cause to the apartment and or building during your stay.
Any additional cleaning required as a result of you leaving the room unclean (or any part of the Apartment or Building) will incur charges at commercial rates.
You authorise us to take any charges or costs from your credit card on file (provided by you on check-in).
You use Silvershore facilities at your own risk.
You agree to comply with all signage at Silvershore (regarding your use) and any “House Rules” or similar rules and policies notified by us to you.
For your safety and our other guests’ comfort, you agree to comply with all reasonable directions of our staff at Silvershore.
In these terms and conditions, “House Rules” include all the rules we notify you that you must comply with when occupying the property as well as any applicable by-laws of the strata or body corporate scheme if applicable. Our reception staff will have a copy of these rules for your inspection upon check-in. You can also find them on the Silvershore Apartments website.
During your stay, we reserve the right to evict you from Silvershore if you (or any of your guests) are not complying with these terms and conditions, any house rules, or any directions from staff.
We may also evict you if we otherwise form the reasonable belief that your (or your guests) continued presence at Silvershore will cause us (or others) to suffer loss or damage, put the safety of you, us, or others at risk, or will bring Silvershore into disrepute. If we evict you, the cost of the accommodation at the Silvershore for all your stay is non-refundable. You will be required to settle your account in full prior to departure, as well as any other costs we are entitled to receive or recover from you under these terms and conditions or as a part of your booking.
Arrival & Departures
· If you’ve arrived after hours, please come to reception to register the following morning. This will ensure your fob remains activated. You can request a second set of keys at that time if required.
· Late checkouts incur a $50 fee for every 30 minutes after the scheduled time.
· Low Season – Balance due: 14 days before arrival. Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 14 days: Full reservation price charged.
· High Season – Balance due: 30 days before arrival. Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 30 days: Full reservation price charged.
General Guidelines
· Respect residents and maintain a quiet atmosphere in all areas, including hallways, lifts, and reception.
· Book BBQs during busy periods.
· No glassware or alcohol in pool or spa areas.
· Keep front apartment doors closed for fire safety.
Guest Conduct Policy
· We are committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
· Our staff are here to assist you and ensure your stay is enjoyable. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a respectful atmosphere for everyone.
· Please note that rude or aggressive behavior towards our team members or fellow guests will not be tolerated.
· We strive to handle all situations with understanding and professionalism, and we appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
Housekeeping & Cleaning
· Please use the rubbish chute and recycling bins located in the refuse room next to lifts on each level.
· Larger items or boxes are to be placed in the industrial bins located in the basement behind the wall in front of the lifts.
· Charges will apply for additional cleaning, dishwashing, rubbish removal, or damages.

Key and Fob Access
· The fob provides access to underground parking, your apartment, and common areas.
· Fees apply for lost keys or fobs.
Lockouts / Lost or Stolen Keys
· Report lost keys and security tags to reception immediately.
· $150 fee applies for lockouts after-hours.
Noise and Conduct
· Avoid excessive noise that may disturb others. Keep TV, music, and conversations at low volume.
· You are responsible for your guests’ behavior.
Pets / Animals
· Guests are not permitted to bring pets. Any guest found housing an unauthorised pet will be charged a $250.00 pet cleaning fee and evicted immediately.
Parking
· Secure basement Parking is provided (maximum height 2.0 metres)
· Use only assigned parking spaces. Vehicles will be towed at the guest’s expense.
· Charging electric cars is not allowed.
Safety / Security
· The property is not liable for guest safety.
· Lock all doors when absent.
· Do not leave personal belongings unattended in common areas.
· Access fire escape areas only in emergencies.
· Tampering with fire alarms will incur charges.
Security Deposit
· A $200 hold is placed on your credit card at check-in to cover any incidentals, damages, or cleaning fees related to the apartment, its belongings, or any area on the premises. This hold will be released at checkout if no charges are incurred.
· Please note that cash payments are not accepted. By staying at Silvershore Apartments, you agree to these terms, including the authorisation to charge your provided payment method for any outstanding fees related to your stay.
Smoking / Drugs
· Smoking, including vapes, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking will result in an immediate cleaning charge.
